At Joyetech, we aim to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible after payment has been confirmed.
The processing time of your order depends on the payment method selected:
Cash on Delivery (Greece only)
Orders paid by cash on delivery are processed once the order has been completed and accepted online.
Credit / Debit Card
Orders paid by credit or debit card are processed once the payment has been approved by the bank.
Bank Transfer
Orders paid by bank transfer are processed once we receive proof of payment by email at [email protected]
Sending us the payment receipt helps us process your order faster.
Shipping Methods
Your order can be shipped in the following ways:
By our own delivery service, after prior arrangement.
By our partner courier company.
By your own or our transport agency, after prior arrangement, mainly for large or heavy parcels.
Free Shipping
Shipping within Greece is free for orders over 40€.
For orders under 40€, shipping within Greece starts from 3€ plus VAT. The final shipping cost may vary depending on the weight of the parcel.
For shipments to other EU countries or abroad, the shipping cost depends on the destination country and the shipping company selected.
The exact shipping cost is shown separately during checkout before you confirm your order.
Please check the shipping cost carefully before completing your order.
Delivery Address
Products are shipped to the address entered by the customer in the Shipping Address field during checkout.
Please make sure all delivery details are correct before placing your order. We also recommend adding a phone number so the courier or postal service can contact you if needed.
Joyetech ships orders throughout Greece, Cyprus and abroad.
Delivery Times
Orders are usually dispatched as follows:
1. Next business day within the Athens area, if the order is placed before 13:00.
2. Within 2 to 3 business days for areas outside Athens, depending on the delivery address.
3. Up to 5 business days for remote or hard-to-reach areas.
Shipments are processed only on business days, Monday to Friday.
Delivery may take longer in cases of bad weather, courier delays or other unexpected circumstances.
Scheduled Delivery Time
If you wish to receive your order at a specific delivery time, an additional charge of 4.10€ applies.
Shipping Outside Greece
For deliveries outside Greece, local taxes, duties or customs charges may apply when the parcel arrives in the destination country.
These charges are not controlled by Joyetech and are the responsibility of the customer.
If you are unsure about the rules in your country, please contact us before placing your order and we will help where possible.
Incorrect or Incomplete Address
Joyetech is not responsible for orders that are returned due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us, the customer will be informed. The customer may choose to have the order shipped again after paying the new shipping cost, or receive a refund for the products. Shipping charges are not refunded.
