Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
Returns and exchanges are accepted only if the following conditions are met:
The product is in excellent condition, exactly as received by the customer.
The original product packaging is complete, undamaged and returned together with the product.
The product is accompanied by all purchase documents, such as receipt, invoice or delivery note.
All accessories, parts, manuals and any other items included in the original package are returned.
If the product is not returned within the required time period or does not meet the above conditions, Joyetech reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.
Defective Products
If you are returning a defective product, it must be returned with its original packaging, where the device’s unique serial number is shown for identification purposes. Please also include a short note describing the issue with the product. This helps us inspect the product faster. Replacement products are shipped only after the returned product has been received and checked by our quality control team.
Returned products are usually inspected within 3 to 4 business days from the date we receive them.
Shipping Costs for Returns
The shipping cost for products returned or exchanged is covered by the customer.
If the return or exchange is due to an error made by Joyetech, we will cover the shipping costs.
Returns or exchanges sent to Joyetech with cash on delivery will not be accepted under any circumstances.

When returning a product, we recommend that you:
Use a recognized courier or postal service.
Pack the product carefully in a larger box, so it is protected during transport.
Include a note inside the parcel with your order number and a short description of the reason for return.
Joyetech is not responsible for loss, delay, theft or mishandling of any parcel sent by the customer for return or exchange.
