Shipping and Handling
It is our policy to dispatch orders immediately after payment so that there is as little waiting time as possible.
The execution and delivery order times are defined according to the method of payment:
PayPal Payments with PayPal address or credit card payments are almost instant. After we receive the receipt of payment from PayPal, your order is dispatched the same day. Please note this applies to orders made before 3PM GMT+2
Wire transfers usually take from 20 to 36 hours to clear, depending on your bank and your geographic location, only after payment has been cleared will your order be dispatched. A proof of purchase receipt from your bank will help speed up the process. Information on our companies bank details can be found on the Payment Terms page.
- For orders over 40€ within Greece
If your order is under those limits, the handling cost will be 3€ for handling within Greece and dependent on the Country as well as the transfer company for handling to other EU Countries.The shipment of your order can be made in the following ways:
Next Day Delivery: During check out customers have the choice of using our next day delivery service. Customers in European countries should receive their items on the next business day from the date of dispatch. On rare occasions there could be a slight delay due to unforeseen reasons.
Postal Service with tracking: Again orders are sent after clearance of payment, this option is cheaper than the next day delivery service. Customers are given a tracking number after order has been dispatched. Usually takes 6-10 business days within the European zone.
The products will be shipped to the address that was given during the order. Before completing your order please make sure that the information submitted by you the customer is correct, please don’t forget to add you phone number just in case the postal/courier service needs to get in touch to complete delivery.
Shipping outside the European Union.
Please note that if you outside the European Union you may be asked to pay domestic duties and / or customs charges as defined by each country. Please make sure you are aware of the laws in your country as Joyetech is not responsible for products that are held in customs.

Joyetech will not be held responsible for order that are returned due to wrong or incomplete address information, upon receiving a returned order, the buyer will be informed. The buyer has a choice of having his order re-sent after payment for shipping a second time or money refund for the products, no refunds are given for shipping charges.
