CHANGING OR RETURNING PRODUCTS
As your satisfaction is extremely important to us, please carefully review the information outlined below, and then contact our Customer Service Department as stated below so that we can promptly address your needs. We at Joyetech do everything it can to ensure total customer satisfaction.
If you want to change or return any products please make sure you notify us by email , telephone or fax within 14 working days after product has been received.
If returning defective products, please make sure they are accompanied by its original packaging, which includes the unique serial number of the device for identification purposes.

Conditions for Changing or Returning a Product
At Joyetech we take the utmost care to ensure that products been shipped are free of defect, you can request a change-return when:
- It is defective (DOA).
- Received something other than what was ordered.
Misused, damaged or broken products will not be refunded.
Please make sure to qualify for a change or Return that:
1. The product is in its original packaging and that it is in the condition that was sent.
2. Please make sure that all the part, accessories, manuals, etc are also in the original package
Shipment of changed products gets sent out after receiving the product and then tests it within 3-4 business days.
Refunds can be either in money return or as credits. Credits can be used to buy other products from our website.
The delivery costs of products returned to Joyetech is covered by the customer. Products being returned to you are covered by us, this is if you have qualified for a change or return as stated in the above mentioned.
When returning products please make sure:
1. Use a recognized postal service or courier service.
2. You package the product in a larger box, like the one it was delivered, to be protected during shipment.
3. Please add a note on what is wrong with your product, the more detail the faster we will be able to locate the problem and initiate the return process.
Under no circumstances is Joyetech liable for loss, delay, theft or mishandling of the package sent by the customer.
